We Are Specialist Security Architects & Engineers
Explora's worldwide presence facilitates and oversees the design and integration of blast mitigation construction and force protection.
Explora specialises in force protection design incorporating blast and ballistic mitigation using energy absorption technology worldwide. Explora are at the forefront of anti-terrorism protective engineering and surveillance research. The recognition of which is due to the ongoing development through collaborative live testing with UK, US and Canadian agencies. In addition to new design and security methodology, the commitment is focused to programmed and regular research and testing. This enables Explora to validate innovative solutions to site-specific challenges. This optimises the overall design performance and continual cost efficiency.
We conduct explosive and ballistic attack vulnerability together with threat and risk assessments. This enables us to design critical infrastructure protection. This is supervised with quality assurance through to the eventual certification by our specialists. Explora Security has, through reputation, gained international recognition as the leaders in their field.
Testing & Accreditation
Along with being on the cutting edge of blast, ballistic & perimeter security Research & Development, Explora Security continues to be at the forefront of the testing and accreditation of these technologies.
In advance of real-world testing of technology, in-depth blast modelling and analysis has been, and will continue to be, is undertaken to develop realistic test scenarios.
This research, and testing, has delivered real-world improvements in the technologies capable of mitigating personnel and structural damage from Vehicle Borne Improvised Explosive Device (VBEID) threats.
