CIBC SQUARE

CIBC Square in Toronto's Union Station Heritage Conservation District features two towers: a 49-story south tower and a 50-story north tower, totaling 2.9 million square feet of office space. The development includes a GO Bus Terminal, below-grade parking, an elevated public park, and improved pedestrian connections to Union Station.
THE BOSTON SOUTH STATION PHASE I
Boston, Massachusetts, USA
Boston South Station Phase I is a mixed-use, 49-story tower project atop the historic South Station, integrating office space, a 100,000 square-foot bus terminal expansion, and rail terminal renovations. The tower features a reinforced concrete core with overhung floors, addressing challenges like preserving the historic station and managing structural imbalances
CANADIAN EMBASSY
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The Canadian Embassy in Riyadh expanded with a new two-story addition, an exercise facility, and renovations. Explora designed blast-resistant framing to strengthen the façades for enhanced protection. (They also developed protective features for the new additions, complementing the retrofitting and hardening of the existing building’s façades)
LA GUARDIA AIRPORT REDEVELOPMENT
Queens, New York, USA
The airport's Terminal B, originally opened in 1964, was demolished and replaced as part of a $2.4 billion redevelopment project. The new Central Terminal Building spans 1.3 million square feet, featuring 38 gates, 214 check-in counters, advanced baggage handling systems, two security checkpoints with 22 lanes, and additional passenger amenities.
